EMS

I joined the Bethesda-Chevy Chase Rescue Squad in January 1993. It has been a very big influence on my life and I have learned a great many life lessons from the experience. I walked through the doors never believing that they would accept me as a member. Since then I have become a paramedic and a Life Member.

I have taken a number of photographs while at the Squad through out the years and have just begun to put them up.

I also was at the Pentagon on Sept 11 - and have dedicated a separate section to that experience. If you would like to contribute anything to that section, please let me know and I would be happy to include it. I am trying to capture folks thoughts, feelings, and experiences of the day that was so pivotal for this country.

Here are some articles that I have found to be interesting. If you have anything that you would like to contribute, please contact me.

Multimedia Items:

One of the interesting multimedia sources out there for EMS are the podcasts. One of the ones I enjoy listening to is EMS Live Online. Yesterday they had a very interesting radio interview where they talked about the assignation of President Lincoln from the medical standpoint. I have captured it and have only kept the interview portion of the podcast. It is in mp3 format and is quite a large download.
